Higashiyama Niseko Village, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve

Everything was great, the room the bed the bath the food the service the staff, everything. Except for one thing. The chair. I must’ve banged my feet and ankles on the chair in my room 100 times. The chairs legs are made of a substance harder than anything else known to man. Hurt my leg so many times. Who picked the furniture?

Great location and views. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The location, views and design of the hotel gave a very relaxing experience
